While working at JPMorganChase, I developed core brand identities and guidelines for key lines of business and marketing campaigns. I directed external agency design as well as design for our internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate identity and user engagement strategies.

At JPMorganChase, I designed key elements of the Chase Brand Identity and was responsible for the toolbox website, which contains everything an agency would need to know to work within our brand guidelines.
JPMorganChase was creating a new cohesive visual identity for all of it’s “Business Resource Groups”, which are employee lead groups focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
I was presented with a unique challenge when JPMorganChase asked me to design strategic guidelines for their LGBTQ+ presence. The firm wanted to keep it’s brand identity, but also fit in cohesively with events around the country, big and small.
ATM Screen Variants & Guidelines
When the firm switched over to using Figma, I was asked to convert an old PDF template for use in the new software. Instead, I created a component with nearly 1,300 variations of ATM screen layouts. All within the guidelines for 6 different lines of business, eliminating the risk of error and greatly reducing the workload for designers.
