Effective design starts with asking the right questions. By distilling complex challenges into clear, human-centered problems, It’s possible to create thoughtful, holistic solutions that serve both user needs and business goals.

Although the Chase “Sports & Entertainment Hub” contains a wealth of information about credit card member perks and availability, the way that it was presented was not much more than an afterthought. This project was an exercise in research that would lead to a well thought out and finished design.

By running our item listings through an automated set of rules, we can increase overall listing health and accuracy, reduce errors, and gather an entirely new set of metrics in which to base future decisions.

The Chase Brand Toolbox is an expansive suite of information designed to guide marketers and agencies alike in maintaining the Chase brand Identity throughout their projects. The toolbox contains guidelines and examples for brand color, illustration, typography, and much more.

Spreetail lists thousands of products across over 20 marketplaces. Each marketplace has their own standards and restrictions on their listings.

In the wake of the nation-wide George Floyd protests in 2020, I had volunteered with a group of colleagues for a startup focused on advocating for equity in the tech work space. They had an idea for what they wanted to do, but were not sure about how to do it.

JPMorganChase was using different software packages throughout different lines of business. This resulted in inconsistencies in styles, colors, and use cases throughout the firms design system. I introduced component variants to design teams in figma, and was able to create a single source of truth for thousands of designers across the firm.

Content Dashboard is a tool built from the ground up to help copywriters, and specialists manage and track the the items that they are trying to list for sale on each marketplace.

When the firm switched over to using Figma, I was asked to convert an old PDF template for use in the new software. Instead, I created a component with nearly 1,300 variations of ATM screen layouts. All within the guidelines for 6 different lines of business, eliminating the risk of error and greatly reducing the workload for designers and marketers alike.
